The Denville Police Department provides police services to the residents, businesses and visitors of Denville, New Jersey.  Denville Township is a 12.6 square mile township located in Morris County, New Jersey with a population of 16,669 residents (as per 2018 US Census estimates).  Its centrally located geographic position within Morris County, as well as the fact that it is traversed by several state highways and rail lines, earned it the nickname "The Hub of Morris County".
