As per N.J. Attorney General Directive 2019-5, every law enforcement agency, at least once a year, every law enforcement agency shall publish on the agency’s public website a brief synopsis of all complaints where a fine or suspension of ten days or more was assessed to an agency member. Furthermore, the directive specifies that the synopsis shall not contain the identities of the officers or complainants, but it should briefly outline the nature of the transgression and the fine or suspension imposed.  The first report required covered the period of June 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
